These Terms and Conditions explain our tattoo booking process, payment policies, and client responsibilities. Please review them before booking an appointment with Jesser Escobar.

1. Custom Tattoo Services

Jesser Escobar specializes in custom realism and surrealism tattoos in black and grey and color. Each project is evaluated individually based on its concept, placement, size, skin condition, and technical requirements.

Submitting an inquiry or receiving an estimate does not reserve an appointment. Bookings are confirmed once the required deposit has been received and our team has confirmed the date.

2. Deposits and Reservations

A $400 deposit per session is required unless a different amount is provided in your written booking confirmation.

Deposits reserve the artist’s time and are applied toward the corresponding session’s total price. They are non-refundable for client cancellations, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

For projects involving multiple appointments, our team will confirm the deposit required for each date.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Clients may reschedule each reserved appointment one time, provided they notify us at least seven days before the appointment.

With timely notice, the deposit will transfer to the replacement appointment, subject to availability.

Cancellations, missed appointments, rescheduling requests made with less than seven days’ notice, or additional rescheduling requests may result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit may be required to book another date.

If an emergency affects your attendance, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your situation.

If the artist must change an appointment, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative. If we cannot provide the booked service or agree on a replacement date, we will refund the deposit for the affected, unperformed session.

4. Pricing and Session Estimates

Prices and estimated session counts are provided individually for each project.

The final number of sessions depends on size, placement, detail, existing tattoos, skin response, healing, and any changes requested by the client. An estimated session count is not a guaranteed completion schedule.

Large projects, cover-ups, restorations, and tattoos requiring multiple layers may require additional sessions. Any change affecting the agreed price or scope will be discussed before proceeding.

A session’s quoted duration is approximate and includes preparation, placement, breaks, and tattooing.

5. Payments and Financing

The remaining session balance is due on the appointment date unless another arrangement has been confirmed in writing.

Available payment methods will be provided during booking. Any applicable processing or financing charge will be disclosed before payment and applied only where permitted by law and the payment provider’s rules.

Financing options are subject to availability, provider approval, and the provider’s own terms. Approval is not guaranteed.

Questions about installments, interest, or repayment obligations must be addressed with the financing provider.

6. Custom Designs and Approval

Each tattoo is designed specifically for the client and the agreed project.

Designs are presented on the appointment day. Designs and previews are not sent in advance.

Before tattooing begins, the client will have the opportunity to review the design and discuss adjustments with Jesser. Significant changes to the original concept may require additional preparation, a revised estimate, or a different appointment date.

Reference images help communicate ideas and preferences. Jesser creates original interpretations and does not reproduce another artist’s custom tattoo exactly.

Clients must carefully review and approve the design, placement, spelling, names, dates, and other personal details before tattooing begins.

7. Multiple Sessions and Healing Intervals

Some projects require several sessions or additional layers to achieve the intended result.

Appointments may be scheduled on consecutive days or separated by healing periods when appropriate. Jesser will recommend the timing based on the area being tattooed, the technique, and the skin’s condition.

A reserved appointment does not guarantee that a specific portion of a project can be completed if the skin needs more recovery time.

8. Age, Identification, and Consent

Clients must be at least 18 years old and provide valid government-issued photo identification.

All required consent forms must be completed before tattooing. Clients must be able to understand the procedure and provide informed consent.

We do not tattoo clients who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

9. Health Information and Appointment Readiness

Clients must provide accurate information on their consent forms and disclose relevant allergies, medications, skin conditions, or health concerns that could affect the procedure or healing.

If you are unsure whether tattooing is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before your appointment.

Please notify us before attending if you are ill or if the tattoo area has sunburn, irritation, injury, or signs of infection. The artist may postpone or decline a procedure when proceeding would be unsafe.

10. Results and Aftercare

Tattoo results vary with skin tone, texture, placement, existing tattoos, healing, sun exposure, and aftercare. Reference images and digital designs cannot guarantee an identical healed result.

Some placements, particularly hands and fingers, may fade more quickly and require additional maintenance.

Clients will receive aftercare instructions and are responsible for following them. Contact our team with questions about the instructions or the appearance of your healing tattoo.

Our team does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Seek medical care for suspected infection, a severe reaction, or other concerning symptoms.

Touch-ups, maintenance, and additional work are evaluated individually. Any applicable cost will be discussed before booking.

11. Photography and Portfolio Use

If we would like to photograph or record your tattoo for our portfolio, website, or social media, we will request permission through our consent process or separately.

Permission to receive tattoo services does not, by itself, constitute permission to publish identifiable photographs or videos. Please communicate any privacy preferences before photography begins.

12. Website Content

Original artwork, photographs, designs, branding, and written content displayed on this website belong to their respective rights holders.

Website access does not grant permission to reproduce, sell, distribute, or commercially use that content without authorization.

13. Client Communication

Please provide an accurate email address and phone number and check your booking communications.

Our team may contact you regarding your inquiry, reservation, appointment reminders, payments, aftercare, or an ongoing project. Promotional communications, where offered, require any consent required by applicable law.

14. Application and Updates

These terms apply to tattoo appointments booked directly with Jesser Escobar / Beta Art Studio LLC. Other offerings may have separate terms disclosed before purchase.

Any project-specific arrangements will be confirmed in writing. Changes to these terms will be posted with an updated date and will not retroactively change the agreed terms of an existing booking without your agreement.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
